Yes — same-day applications are accepted at the airport counter. Online bookings can be made up to 1 hour before your delivery time. Booking in advance is the smoothest option.
The airport counter is staffed daily from 7:30 to 21:00. The counter at the Euglena Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal is a self-service counter, open daily from 8:00 to 18:00. Both counters are closed whenever their terminal building is closed. +81-50-5799-1122 >

The counter at the Euglena Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal is unstaffed. Drop-off and pick-up are self-service using a dedicated key. Please follow the instructions displayed at the counter.
Airport ⇄ hotel, airport ⇄ ferry terminal, hotel → another hotel, and ferry terminal ⇄ hotel. Deliveries to and from the Ishigaki Port International Terminal (Yaima-maru, the Taiwan route) are also available — your luggage is received in person at the main exit of the port facility.

Yes, drop-off times can be adjusted for flight delays. If your schedule changes significantly, please let us know as early as possible via our official LINE account or by phone.
Yes — you can cancel from the link in your booking confirmation email. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved time incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Yes. Next-day and multi-day pick-up is available — convenient for early-morning flights or overnight trips to the outer islands. Storage until the day after drop-off is free; each additional day is ¥1,000.
Yes, luggage is stored in containers at ambient temperature. As it can get very hot in summer, we cannot accept items sensitive to heat or luggage containing food.
We cannot accept perishables, valuables, or fragile precision equipment. Items judged difficult to handle on site — such as extremely heavy or damaged items — may also be refused.
Golf bags, surfboards and bicycles (packing required) can be delivered at the oversized-item rate. Items over 40kg or too large to load into our vehicles cannot be accepted.
